Pi Capital is delighted to share this exciting news - Basta Trattoria has opened its doors at Hotel TOTTO in Wollongong after extensive repositioning!
Kris Swiecinski, formerly of Hill Bar and Merivale's Newport pub Bert's Bar & brasserie, heads up the kitchen, serving up modern Italian cuisine with a focus on seafood.
The Place Studio AU designed space comprises the hotel lobby, restaurant & bar, private dining and confence area and one of Wollongong's largest outdoor terraces.
